Fabrication Capabilities - Engineered Products Division

Custom Fabrication Capabilities

Consolidated Power Supply Engineered Products Division has the in house capabilities to perform light to medium weight fabrications. Currently Engineered Products Division, along with our partners are working on the electrical design and the fabrication of Pressurizer Heaters for the various AP 1000 projects both domestic and foreign.

Hard Facing of Valve Components

Consolidated Power Supply Engineered Products Division has the in house capabilities to perform the application of various hard facing / wear surfacing materials such as Stellite 156, Stellite 6 , NOREM02 and other related wear surfacing materials. Currently Engineered Products Division is performing this application (PTAW & GTAW Processes) on various valve components such as Valve Disc (Check & Gate) along with Seat Rings and Back Seats for the commercial nuclear industry.

PMCap - Pressure Boundary Repair

Consolidated Power Supply Engineered Projects Division has successfully completed a project (10/30/09) to provided Seabrook Nuclear Operating Station with their first ASME Section III Class 3 PMCap.
