Technology plays a major role in the success of Consolidated Power Supply's customer relationships. Consolidated Power Supply offers a wide range of Technology Services for its customers.
Consolidated Power Supply has developed a proprietary software application that allows us to track customer orders from order receipt to shipment. This system allows us to provide:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reporting is available via e-mail, fax or website. Reports include: Shipping Accuracy, Order Status and many others. Reports may be customized to meet customer requirements.
- Shipment Notification with electronic documentation.
- Order / Item history
- Project Level Status Reporting
